Common Questions

How do I create an account?

Open the PairAble app, choose to sign up and follow the prompts to set up your profile. You will need to be at least 18 years old to use PairAble.

Is PairAble only for dating?

No. PairAble supports friendship, dating, social connection and community participation. You can choose the type of connection that feels right for you.

How does matching work?

PairAble helps you discover potential connections based on shared interests, preferences and whether you are looking for friendship, dating or both.

How do I update or delete my account?

You can update your profile through the app's account settings. To delete your account, use the account settings in the app or contact us and we will assist you.

Account and Subscription Help

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. To cancel, follow the prompts in the app or cancel through the relevant billing portal (Stripe, Apple App Store or Google Play).

Deleting the app from your device does not cancel an active subscription.

If you are having trouble signing in, resetting your password or with a payment, contact us and include as much detail as you can.

Safety and Reporting

You can report inappropriate behaviour or safety concerns through the available reporting tools in the app. Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
